He is survived by: his wife Judith Cook; his daughter Corinna Cook; his grandchildren, Angel (Mike) and Chase; his son John Cook (Laura Cook); his grandchildren, Samantha, Sarah (Tevon), Johnny (Sheyenna), Anthony (Nicole) and Bobby (Mary); his son James Cook (Joy Cook); his grandchildren, Judy, Christian (Jules) and Michael (Samantha); and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Raelynn, Tucker, Arabella, Maci, Zachary, Ethan, Jacob, Jayden, Mason, Isabella, Kingston, Adelynn, Noah and Lylee.
In lieu of flowers John would have loved proceeds to be donated to Samaritans Purse to support their mission of relief and evangelism.
