Though Ralph may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd Schnegg and Katherine Schnegg (Hertler); and his siblings, Charles Schnegg and Viola Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Schnegg (Smith); his daughter Jeanetta Schnegg; and his sister Dorothy Funari. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (415 Walnut St, Martins Ferry, OH 43935). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at the Upland Cemetery.
