He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne B. Nieb and Harriette Nieb (Collignon); and his wife Jacqueline Nieb (Cullen). He is survived by: his children, Wayne Sall, Patti Lucas (Richard Cook) and Scott Nieb; and his siblings, Linda Zonker and Jerry Nieb. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (415 Walnut St, Martins Ferry, OH 43935). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home – Heslop Chapel (415 Walnut St, Martins Ferry, OH 43935). A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 1:45 PM to 2:45 PM at the Holly Memorial Gardens (73360 Pleasant Grove Rd, Colerain, OH 43916).
