He is survived by: his wife Brenda Riley (Tadlock) of Martinsville; his children, Le Lynn Farrow, Shawna Smalley (Michael) of Peebles, Michael Rayburn (Melanie) of Peebles and Brenda Lester (Tim) of Greenfield; his sisters, Debbie Stone of Farmers Station, Sandy Lapping of Columbus and Sharon McCullen of Urbana; his nephew Little Dale Wallace; and his siblings, Rich Tadlock (Tracey) of Lebanon, Robert "Bobby" Tadlock (Michelle) of Wilmington, Jeanie Walker of Leesburg and Jeff Tadlock of Farmers Station.
