She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Rife and Carrie Fowler Rife; her husband Raymond E. Webb; her great grandchild Davyius Penhorwood; and her siblings, Gary Rife and Lynda Mitchell.

She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Webb (Donna) of East Liberty, Dennis Webb of Marysville and Stephen Smith of Houston, Texas; her grandchildren, Courtney Webb, Shannon Bodine (Michael), Jennifer Shelton (Mark), Brett Tossey (Paden) and Aaron Keighley (Megan); her great grandchildren, Brittany Kingry (Kylar), Jameson Bodine, Elise Bodine, Maggie Mick (Martin), Kacey Turvey (Joe), Savannah Dickenson, Paul Tossey, Ayden Keighley, Mason Keighley, Audie Keighley and Adelyn Keighley; and her sister-in-law Sue Rife of Milford Center. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bible Baptist Church (16435 Square Dr, Marysville, OH 43040). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
