He was predeceased by: his parents, Dane E. Shaffer and Bonnie Mae Shaffer (Martin); and his sister Kathy Haddux. He is survived by: his wife Tina Marie Blue; his close friend Tina Marie Blue; his sisters, Victoria Massie and Patricia Cruz; his stepbrother Eugene Shaffer; Treena, Larry Blue, Robin Thompson (Mike) and Trinity Thompson.
