Elizabeth Sue Hites Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Elizabeth Sue Hites of Marysville, Ohio. Elizabeth, born on March 15, 1940, passed away on September 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Eirich and Erma Eirich (Zacharias); her brothers, Ed and Bob Eirich; her sisters-in-law, Pam Eirich and Linda Eirich; and her nephew Jason Blackburn.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Moceri (Mike) of North Lewisburg, Alan Hites (Sheila) of Marysville and Tim Hites (Jackie) of Marysville; her grandchildren, Jordan Moceri (Christine), Brittany Meeks (Scott), Taylor, Jodi, Jamie Hites, Jessica Izzard (Tyler), Lauren Cook (Matt), Alexis Wallace (Woody) and Kyle Hites (Megan); her siblings, Luther Eirich of Raymond, Mary Blackburn (George) of Middleburg and Joe Eirich of Marysville; and her sisters-in-law, Becky Eirich and Patti Eirich. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ingram & Snyder Funeral Home-Marysville (975 N Maple St, Marysville, OH 43040). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Oakdale Cemetery (1290 W 5th St, Marysville, OH 43040).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Union County Humane Society, Community and Seasoned Citizens (CASC), or Trinity Lutheran Church and may be sent to the funeral home.
