He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Saeger and Emma Eaton Saeger; and his siblings, Earl, Kenny, Shirley, Louise, Bob, Lloyd and Ruth.

He is survived by : his wife Doris A. Goodwill Saeger; his sons, Stephen Saeger (Deborah) of Marysville and Robert Saeger (Julie) of Nixa, Missouri; his grandchildren, Ashley Davis (Kevin), Emily Lynch (Garrett), Evan Saeger, Laura Sargent (Steven), Staphany Wasik (Adam) and Blake Janssens (Autumn); his great grandchildren, River, Margaret, Darin, Kenyon, Harper, Ellie Mae, Braylon, Phillip, Brantley, Henri, Elynnor and Arielle; his siblings, Marlene, Elaine and Gene (Pat); and his sisters-in-law, Trish Bold (Tom), Mary Hasbrouck (Tom) and Chris Pergament (Bruce). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
