He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold L. Burns and Mary Lee Burns (Hayes); and his grandchildren, Cierra and Jordan Bell. He is survived by : his wife Kim; his children, Kimberly Thornborrow, Harold Burns (Julie), Jennifer Bell (Chris), James Burns (Michelle), Michael Lennon (Jennifer) and Patrick Burns (Theresa); his grandchildren, Erica, Tristan Thornborrow, Casey, Cameron Bell, Kaylyn, Michael, Haley, JJ Burns, Sean, Ryan Burns, Alyssa, Trevor Lennon, Braden Burns and Eliana; his brother Jerry Burns; and his nieces and nephews, Sean Burns, Lee Simms and Tina Simms.

In Hugh's memory, contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice Loving Care, 779 London Ave., Marysville, or in care of the funeral home, where contribution cards will be available during calling hours.
