He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell H. McDaniel and Mary A. Wentz McDaniel; his wife Maxine Parks McDaniel; his granddaughter Ashley McDaniel; his stepgrandsons, Kyle Simpson and Sean Breece; and his in-laws, Evelyn, Lawrence Price, Cleta, Thomas Fry, Janet, Robert McCann, Carol, Charles Wright, Eugene, Alice McDaniel, Mary Ruth McDaniel, Paul and Lois McDaniel.
He is survived by: his children, Diane May (Bryan) and Marvin McDaniel (Carla) of Marysville; his grandchildren, Allen McDaniel, Alexa McDaniel-Neill (Joseph) and Aimee Franczkowski; his stepgrandson Josh Breece (Christy); his great grandchildren, Emery McDaniel, Allister Neill, Eliora Neill, Anneliese Neill and Leon Breece; and his in-laws, Glenn, Catherine Parks and Yvonne Parks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Underwood Funeral Home (703 E 5th St, Marysville, OH 43040). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Claibourne Cemetery.
