She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin M. Rice and Hazel A. Rice (Montgomery); her husband Bob; her son-in-law Billy Wilson; her brothers, Kenneth Rice and Roger Rice; and her sister-in-law Kathy Rice.
She is survived by: her sister Judy; her daughters, Heather King (Stephen) of Marysville and Megan Wilson of Russells Point; her grandchildren, Destiny Watkins (Thomas), Hayden Conley, Elinor King, Alexander King, David King, Allison King, Phoenix Wilson and Tristan Wilson; her great grandchildren, Remi, Layla and Hadley; and her sister-in-law Nancy Rice of Federal Way, Washington. She is also survived by several nieces nephews.
In Judy's honor, contributions may be made to the Hope Center, or any organization that one might have been a member of alongside Judy, in care of Underwood Funeral Home.
