He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence Herbert and Thelma Ruth Griffiths Lowery; and his brothers, Lawrence Herbert Lowery, Jr. and Donald Lowery. He is survived by : his wife Mary Ruth Notestone Lowery; his children, Cynthia Drake (Mike) of Marysville, Mark Lowery (Deb) of East Liberty and Lisa K. Lowery (Chris) of Headland, Alabama; his grandchildren, Derek Drake, Stephanie Bowles, Mark "Adam" Lowery, Trisha Hunt (Scott), Candie Jones Stockton, Kirby Hines and Cody Hines (Bailey); his great grandchildren, Mary, Maelie, Devon and Phillip; his sister Barbara Petras; and his sisters-in-law, Diane Lowery, JoAnn Head and Harriet Blackburn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
