It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Beightler of Marysville, Ohio, who passed away on June 11, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Beightler to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Darwin Beightler and Constance Fisher Beightler; his siblings, Thomas Beightler and Linda Sergent; his nephews, Ryan Sergent and Royce Kokensparger, Jr.; his mother-in-law JoAnn Hornyak; and his siblings-in-law, Audrey McClain, Linda Sue Beightler, Sue Beightler, Merle Rodman, Jeffrey Taylor and Eddgle Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Darkes Beightler; his daughters, Brandy Evans of Marysville and Roberta Beightler (Jason Hammonds) of Richwood; his grandchildren, Cole Stiffler (Nykki), Tyler Hammonds, Keegan Evans, Sutton Evans and Maddox Evans; his great grandchildren, Freya, Tatum and Greyson; his siblings, Judy Wilson, Sue Schmitter (Steve) and Joe Beightler (Roberta); and his in-laws, Karen Kokensparger (Royce), Perry Darkes (Mary), Barb Taylor, Drexel Sergent and James McClain. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Underwood Funeral Home (703 E 5th St, Marysville, OH 43040). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Bob's memory to Habitat For Humanity.
