He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bangs and Patricia McGill Bangs. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Malis Bangs; his son Daniel Williams (Katie) of Bexley; his grandsons, Felix and Harris Williams; his sister Vicki Kells (Max) of Michigan; his sister-in-law Roberta Weinheimer of Kentucky; his nephews, James Kells (Sabrina), John Kells and Andrew Weinheimer; and his niece Angela Raphael (Bradley).

Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Central Ohio Alzheimers Association or any animal charity of choice.
