He was predeceased by : his parents, Dr. Charles Lowell and Mary Wise (Fessler); and his brother Robert Lowell Wise. He is survived by : his children, Kevin Buckley Wise (Marsha) of Mason, OH and Robin Long (Chuck) of Sellersburg, IN; his grandchildren, Justin Buckley Wise (Ashley), Lauren Wise, Alex Long (Moriah), Sarah Long, Olivia Wise and Emma Long (Patti Ressler); and the mother of his children Sonja Wise.
