He is survived by : his wife Jurlene'Jerry'Sams; his children, Timothy Lee Sams (Carolyn) and Janine Tincher (Terry); his grandchildren, Dylan Sams, Abigail Sams and Olivia Sams; his great grandchild Augustus; and his siblings, Bill Sams (Wanda) and Wanda House. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
