He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Hoffman and Zula Hoffman; his wife Hazel Ruth Huffman; his children, Frank David Huffman and Donna McDonald; and his granddaughter Rachel McDonald.

He is survived by : his children, Gloria Cook (Jim), Peggy Payton (Gene) and Steve Huffman (Cathy); his grandchildren, Danielle, Stephanie, Allison, Jim, Christopher and David; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Sophie, Makenzie, Ava, Matilda, Mason and Sarah.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hodapp Funeral Homes - West Chester (8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (171 Mason Montgomery Rd, Mason, OH 45040).
