He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Converse and Adelva Converse; and his sister Nancy Morton. He is survived by: his wife Carol Casper Converse; his children, Bryan Converse (Gina) and Bethany Jenkins (Jeff); his grandchildren, Joshua Converse, JoyLynn Ghobar (Joshua), Jamey Converse, Jodi Davis (Connor), Nate Converse, Lyndsey Jenkins, Luke Jenkins, Ashley Converse, Isaac Converse and Daliza Converse; and his great grandchildren, Colton, Clara, Juliette, EmmaLynn, Aria and Asher.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to City Gospel Mission or Matthew 25 Ministries.
