She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Marting and Carrie Marting (Taake); her in-laws, Elizabeth Pettit-Bandow (Peg) and Charles Lyman Pettit; her stepfather-in-law LeRoy Bandow; and her brother-in-law Jeffery Pettit.
She is survived by: her children, Gina Marshall (J. T.) of Mason, OH and James Pettit (Sarah) of Minneapolis, MN; her grandchildren, Kathryn, Logan, Alyson Marshall, Isabella and Quinn Pettit; her brothers, Dale Marting (Penny) of West Chicago, IL and Merlan Marting (Mary Lee) of Dubuque, IA; and her godchildren, Stacey Fowler of Martinez, CA, Linda Moore of Amarillo, TX and Trent Marting of Dubuque, IA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Stone Center at the Christian Village (411 Western Row Rd, Mason, OH 45040).
