She was predeceased by: her parents, John Price and Jessie Price; her sister Mary Duddey; and the father of her children Homer Lee Smith. She is survived by: her children, David Smith (Cindy), Beverly "Bev" Klug (Tom), Deborah "Debbie" Shafer (Dana), Gary Smith, Linda Lau (Richard) and Jacqueline "Jackie" Burlile (Junior); and her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Sandra Jo "Joey" (Josh), Stephanie (Casey), Jamie, Michael, Rebecca "Becky" (Jeff), Todd (Kate), Gidget, Franny (Jerry), River, Joshua and Tiffany (Derrick). She is also survived by ten step grandchildren, twenty-seven step great grandchildren and forty-four step great great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in her name to the Hospice of Cincinnati.
