She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oscar Sams and Lexine Sams; her daughter Courtney Welborn (Jesse); her grandchildren, Charlie and Kaylynn; her great grandchild Stephen Pearson (Dolly); her brother Randy (Beverly); Bryce, Brayden and Leilani.
