Rodger Milligan Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rodger Milligan (Mason, Ohio), who passed away on March 19, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Rodger leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Rodger may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Milligan and Paul Milligan. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Kincer (Derek) and Lindsay Bibb; his granddaughter Ella Mills; and his siblings, Larry Milligan (Mary), Mary Kay Freshour (Jim) and Bruce Milligan.
