He is survived by: his wife Shirley Harbaugh; his children, Debra Roell (Harbaugh), Brian (Debbie), Pamela Harbaugh, Kevin (Gina) and Allen (Amanda); and his siblings, Terry Harbaugh and Janis Gershman (Harbaugh). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as many dear friends.
