He was predeceased by: his mother Thursa Ballard; and his brother Lloyd Ballard. He is survived by: his father Bobby Ballard; his wife Deborah; his grandchildren, Tatum, Logan, George, Ethan, Asher, Emma and Adwani; his sister-in-law Fayrene Hinkle-Ballard; and his niece Gini Lowery (Danny). He is also survived by extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mueller Funeral Home (6791 Tylersville Rd, Mason, OH 45040). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
