Shirley A. Matthews Obituary
We bid farewell to Shirley A. Matthews of Mason, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 4, 2025 at the age of 89. Shirley touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonsus Nicoletta and Anna Nicoletta; her husband William Matthews; and her sister Constance Klemow. She is survived by: her daughters, Joan Hecht (James) and Julie Pinto; her sisters, Jean Landschoot and Joanne Carr; and her grandchildren, Christopher (Kinsey), Anna (Matthew), Nicholas and Elizabeth. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Church of St. Kateri Parish (445 Kings Hwy S, Rochester, NY 14617).
