He was predeceased by: his former wife Janet Merry; his wife Ella Burke; his parents, Carter Kilburn and Mabel Kilburn; and his siblings, Mildred Rhinhimer, Richard Kilburn, Raymond Kilburn and Timothy Kilburn.
He is survived by: his sister Shirley Peebles.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home (400 Reading Rd, Mason, OH 45040). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 2:15 PM to 3:15 PM at the Deerfield Cemetery (594 Shawhan Rd, Morrow, OH 45152).
