She was predeceased by: her parents, T. W. Shelton and Cassie Shelton (Moss); her son Jason Vann; and her sister Cynthia Rae Shelton. She is survived by: her sons, Clendon "Reggie" Thomas (Karyn) and Shaun Ross (Jessica); and her siblings, Arlander (Linda), Larry Shelton (Joyce), Shirley Moore (Perry), Dee Shelton and Fay Shelton-Barnes (Gerald). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
