He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Blake and Eleanor Blake (Gibson). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Blake (Allison); his daughter Allyson Blake (Rodney Eldridge); and his grandchildren, Gabe, Brandon and Sparrow.
