With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Jean Edwards of Massillon, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 24, 2026 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Jean Edwards to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marilynn Durnell and Wilbur Durnell; her husband Bill; and her sister Judy. She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bob" Edwards (Denette) and Robin Miller (Darik); her grandchildren, Caden Miller (Hannah), Camden Miller, Avery Miller and Corbin Miller; and her brother-in-law Doug Edwards (Kathy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Paquelet and Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Homes (1100 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 at the Rose Hill Memorial Gardens (3655 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646).
