She was predeceased by: her father Thomas "Bud" Eber; her brother Donald Eber; and her brother-in-law Keith Stroud. She is survived by: her husband Chuck Mozden; her daughters, Angela Pry and Amanda Kemp (Brian); her grandsons, Logan Pry and Shawn Mozden; and her sisters, Phyllis Eber and Joyce Stroud.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital which Carolyn held very near to her heart or to Myers United Church of Christ.
