He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Flounders; and his wife Evelyn "Evie" Flounders. He is survived by: his sons, Charles "Bud" Flounders, Jr. (Kelly), Mark Flounders (Jill), David Flounders (Tammy), Don Flounders (Melissa), John Flounders (Jodi) and Tommy Flounders (Marlo); and his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Flounders (Gloria), Gloria Mahaffey (Roger), Jerry Flounders and Donna Baughman. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
