She is survived by: her husband Terry Evans; her children, Casey Evans and TJ Evans; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Evans; her grandchildren, Quinn, Ella and Bodhi; her mother Patricia Rudy; and her sisters, Crynn Kolleth, Christine Kennard, Cindy Chouris and Carla Somogy.
