He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Whipkey and Icel Whipkey (Hoover); and his brothers, Robert Whipkey, James Whipkey and Bill Whipkey.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Whipkey (Turner); his children, Rebecca Weber (Mike) and Clifford Whipkey III (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Clifford Whipkey IV, Clint Whipkey, Chad Whipkey (Emma), Alec Weber (Kylar) and Jordan Weber; his great grandchildren, Bryce, Clifford V and Boston; his sister Linda Dottavio; his sisters-in-law, Donna Whipkey and Rita Miller; and also, Betty, Becky, Maryann, Karen and Kirsten. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
