We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2024, at the age of 93, Daniel Joseph Sweetnich of Massillon, Ohio, born in Powhatan Point, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Sweetnich and Barbara Priester Sweetnich; his siblings, Joseph "Jake", Stephen, Matthew Sweetnich, Mary Jubera, Helen Strol and Barbara O'Dak; and his parents-in-law, Viola and Charles Sims.

He is survived by : his wife Joan L. Sims Sweetnich; his children, Michelle Brannigan (Mike) and Michael Sweetnich (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Jason, Megan Brannigan and Jake Sweetnich. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
