He is survived by: his wife Kamila "Kami" Mendenhall (Neeley); his stepdaughter Kayla Perry; his siblings, Jill Mendenhall (Connie), Pam Shammo (George), Tim and Steve Mendenhall (Monica); his siblings' children, Danielle, Alayna Mendenhall and Peyton Mendenhall; his caregiver Charlotte Simmons; and his pet Mason.
