David left this world on November 14, 2025 at the age of 71, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Meade (Robison); and his sister Ruth Jean Meade. He is survived by: his wife Laura Jean (Vielhaber) of Navarre; his father Nelson G. L. Meade of Sandusky; and his siblings, Kenneth (Sharon) of Dahlonega, GA, Susan and Timothy of Sandusky.
