She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Rice and Audrey Rice (Lewis). She is survived by: her husband Jerrell Winters; her stepchildren, Isiah Winters of Massillon and Meaghan Winters of Massillon; her brothers, Joseph Donald Rice, Jr. of Wooster and Edward William Rice of Orrville; and her nephews, Cody Rice of Vermilion and Layne Rice of Orrville. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
