He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentine Jacko and Mollye Jacko (Mikloucich). He is survived by: his wife Jane Jacko (Competty); his children, DJ Jacko (Amy), Christine Jacko and Jennifer Hehr (Scott); his grandchildren, Caden Jacko, Graham Jacko, Annabelle Hehr, Valerie Hehr and Zachary Hehr; his sister Roberta O'Brien (James); and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Competty (Barbara), Joan McCune and Patricia Hayden (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
