He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jane Tasseff (Reed) and Russell Leo Poling; his stepfather Alex B. Tasseff; his siblings, Robert G. Poling and Janet Gibson; and his children, Robert Poling and Jessica Poling.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Poling, Jennifer Poling and Dennis Poling Jr.; his grandchildren, Devin Autrey, Janesa Gastin, Larissa Autrey, Chance and Isabella Schaar; his great grandchildren, Zoi, Zelda Shollenberger and Noah Al-Saffat; his brother Russell Poling (Mary Ann); and his brother-in-law Bill Gibson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Paquelet and Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Homes (1100 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Massillon Cemetery (1827 Erie St S, Massillon, OH 44646).
