We are sad to announce that, on June 12, 2023, at the age of 91, Dewey Duane Knight of Massillon, Ohio, born in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Knight and Edna Knight (Orndorff). He is survived by: his daughter Melinda Ormond (Knight); his sister Alberta Swick (Knight); his wife Phyllis J. Knight (Berkebile); his sons, Timothy (Pam), Steven (Stacey) and Michael Knight (Jacquie); his son-in-law Dr. Alexander Ormond III; his grandchildren, Kelly Suplit (Wesley), Renee Cornelius (Joseph), Kevin Ormond (Taylor), Jaclyn Westerfield (Cullen), Justin Knight (Gaby), Joshua Knight (Megan), Jacob, Joelle, Caleb and Jori Knight; his great grandchildren, Lindy and Charlie Suplit; and his sister Vivian Renshaw.
They have also suggested memorial contributions in lieu of flowers, to advance the mission and ministry of the Massillon Salvation Army, 316 – 6th Street NE, Massillon, OH 44646.
