He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ivan, and Helen Ivan, Sr. (Kobielarski); his wife Patricia Wojcinski (Wojcinski); and his brother Richard Ivan. He is survived by: his daughters, Annette Meidlinger (Ken) and Michelle Ivan (Bill Swinford); his grandson Nathan Ivan (Christine); his siblings, Robert Ivan (Dee), Ken Ivan (Barb), Elaine McGraw (Charles) and Rosemarie Earl; and his stepgrandchildren, Keri Wise (Jason), Krista Anthony (Mike), Christopher Swinford (Andrea) and Sean Swinford (Natasha). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and step-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Aultman Compassionate Care Center.
