He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Kessel and Vesta Kessel. He is survived by: his wife Rosella Marks Kessel; and his children, Kathleen, Christine (Dennis), Donald Jr., Gregory (Janet) and Laureen (David). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
