With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy B. Kelly of Massillon, Ohio, who passed away on May 23, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Meadows and Victoria Meadows (Long); her husband Willie Kelly; and her sister Mayme Rowe. She is survived by: her daughter April Isaac (Reggie); her granddaughters, Erica Hopkins (Anthony), LaTerra Henderson and Jasmine Henderson; and her brother Paul Cooper. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
