He was predeceased by: his father Thomas; and his brother-in-law Gary Swisher. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his mother Madalyn Roth; his daughters, Erica Hubley (Tim) and Melinda Forrer (Mike); his stepchildren, Rick Yeager (Wendy) and Jessica Blankenship (Palmer III); and his siblings, Debbie Swisher and Bruce Roth (Steve Hoel). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to First Assembly of God.
