Eleanor A. Evans Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor A. Evans of Massillon, Ohio, who passed away on October 28, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Yordon Angeloff and Velika Angeloff (Dimitroff); and her husband George Evans. She is survived by: her children, George Evans (Roberta), John Evans (Jackie) and Vicki Becherucci (Doug); her grandchildren, Christy Moyer (David), Christian Evans (Andrea McGovern), John Evans (Katherine), Nick Evans (Kelsey), Lindsay Moretta (Ben), Meghan Perry (Ryan Hendershot), Max Shaffer (Leah) and Adrienne Roellgen; and her siblings, Sophia Forfar and Gordon Angeloff. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. George Serbian Orthodox Church (4663 Applegrove St NW, North Canton, OH 44720). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at the Forest Hill Cemetery (4414 Cleveland Ave NW, Canton, OH 44709).
