It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellis R. Skaggs (Massillon, Ohio), who passed away on November 20, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Ellis departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Ellis. Though Ellis may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Skaggs and Ellis Skaggs. He is survived by: his close friend Sheila Torre; his sons, Scott Skaggs (Nicole) and Michael Skaggs (Kristin); his stepchildren, Annie Young and Jason Torre; and his grandchildren, Zain, Mason Skaggs and Mileena Skaggs. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
