He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Koch and Vivian Koch (Harris); and his siblings, Ronald, Willis and Mary Frances Koch.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Koch; his daughters, Lori Parker (Joel) and Kara Koch (Ryan Brown); his brothers, Tom, Anthony and Robert Koch; his sister-in-law Robin Morrow (Tim); and his nephews, Timothy Morrow and Tony Koch.
