He is survived by: his children, Katherine A. Simmons Siano, Mark Simmons (Mary Beth) and Karen Simmons Parker; his grandchildren, Matthew A. Siano, Angie Simmons (Jason), Tommy Parker (Casey) and Daniel Parker (Lindsay); his great grandchildren, Madison D. Toms, Dahlia Siano, Nate Jack, Brooke Friend, Caleb Friend, Gabe Parker, Katelynn Simmons, Hadley Parker and Jimmy Jack; his nephew Scott Thornberry (Kim); and his great-niece Madison Thornberry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
