She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fronsman and Viola Fronsman (Fogg); and her daughter Susan Rich Reed (Christina). She is survived by: her significant other Roland Rich; and her daughter Judy Williams (Rick). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and 3 sisters.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Frances's name to the Canton Baptist Temple Camp Chof Fund.
