It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garnet Starkey Moore of Massillon, Ohio, born in Athens, Ohio, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Starkey and Ruth Starkey (Bobo); her husband Leland Moore; and her siblings, John Starkey and Jeannie Brookhart.
She is survived by: her children, William "Bill" Moore, Gina Moore and Dee Moore; her grandchildren, Jacob Moore, Leah Moore, Stephanie Baker, Brittany Starkey (Landon) and Joshua Baker; her great grandchildren, Falon Finefrock, Ryker Starkey and Rocklund Starkey; her sister Joanne Nelson; and her sister-in-law Lena Hamilton.
